NAME
xshipwars-server - xshipwars game server.
SYNOPSIS
xshipwars-monitor [address] [port] [options]
DESCRIPTION
Xshipwars-monitor is a utility that allows one to monitor the current status of a particular xshipwars-server. It will display the number of active connections and guests currently logged on. Uptime and the size of the universe will also be given.
An important feature of this utility is that it allows one to monitor the operation of the universe in real time by monitoring all of the messages sent out by the server.
OPTIONS
- [address] [port]

Optionally you may specify the address and port number of the server you wish to connect to. By default, the monitor will attempt to connect to localhost port 1702.
- [options] can be any of the following:

- -u name password

Specifies to connect using a login name and password.
- -q
-
Quit mode. Suppress stdout and stderr messages.
- --images [path]

Specifies the images directory.
- --server [path]

Specifies the server directory.
- --help
-
Print a help screen and exit.
- --version

Print version information.
