htpasswd - manipulate password files for the Apache server
SYNOPSYS
htpasswd [ -c ] passwordfile username
DESCRIPTION
htpasswd creates or changes password entries for a given username in an Apache passwordfile. The names and passwords stored in this file can then be used for authentication when accessing protected areas of a Web server tree.
OPTIONS
