Zephyr windowgram client initialization

## NAME

zinit - Zephyr windowgram client initialization

## DESCRIPTION

This program is called by the windowgram client when it starts up to get any non-static site-specific subscriptions. It executes any programs in /etc/zephyr/zinit.d using run-parts.

A typical use would be to add a script in /etc/zephyr/zinit.d to subscribe to syslog zephyrs from NFS servers that are currently mounted.
