## DESCRIPTION

Updates the CTP mapping file to VOTCA XTP

## OPTIONS

options:

  \-h, --help                  show this help message and exit\
   \-sin, --S\_input S\_INPUT     Mapping file to update.\
   \-sout, --S\_output S\_OUTPUT  Filename of new Mapping file.
