wn\_make\_vect, wn\_free\_vect - make vector

## SYNOPSIS

wn_make_vect(double &(vect[]),int len)

wn_free_vect(double vect[],int len)
```

## DESCRIPTION

These routines allocate and free memory for vectors. The allocate routine initializes the contents to zero.
