wait\_group\_events - Wait for events that identify the async\_work\_group\_copy operations to complete.

**void wait\_group\_events(int** *num\_events***, event\_t \****event\_list***);**

## DESCRIPTION

Wait for events that identify the [**async\_work\_group\_copy**(3clc)](/async_work_group_copy/3clc.md) operations to complete. The event objects specified in *event\_list* will be released after the wait is performed.

This function must be encountered by all work-items in a work-group executing the kernel with the same *num\_events* and event objects specified in *event\_list*; otherwise the results are undefined.

## NOTES

The kernel must wait for the completion of all async copies using the **wait\_group\_events** built-in function before exiting; otherwise the behavior is undefined.
