Cache the data for gnome-app-install

## NAME

update-app-install - Cache the data for gnome-app-install

## SYNOPSIS

**update-app-install** \[*options*\]

## DESCRIPTION

**update-app-install** updates the cache of data used by gnome-app-install. The default cache dir is /var/cache/app-install.

## OPTIONS

- **-h or --help**

  print quick usage details to the screen.

- **-d DESKTOP\_DIR or --desktop-dir=DESKTOP\_DIR**

  Directory that contains the desktop files of the applications

- **-c CACHE\_DIR or --cache-dir=CACHE\_DIR**

  Directory where the data should be cached in
