Runs NTC2\_PreConfig

**-prequired** - sets the required values for System P, write only **-override** - permits individual register values, read-modify-write

Values to set, each is a hex byte, (default do not change) \[-i2cLoc1\_2 byte\] \[-i2cLoc3\_4 byte\] \[-AltCfg byte\] \[-Direction byte\] \[-PullUp byte\] \[-PushPull byte\] \[-CFG\_A byte\] \[-CFG\_B byte\] \[-CFG\_C byte\] \[-CFG\_D byte\] \[-CFG\_E byte\] \[-CFG\_F byte\] \[-CFG\_G byte\] \[-CFG\_H byte\] \[-CFG\_I byte\] \[-CFG\_J byte\] \[-IsValid byte\]
