## DESCRIPTION

Usage: tspcrrestamp input.ts transport\_rate\_bit/s pes\_pid1 pcr\_pid1 pes\_pid2 pcr\_pid2 \[...\] pes\_pidn pcr\_pidn  N.B: this tool will change the pcr values taking as reference the first pcr seenIf pts/dts time in a given pes\_pid goes backward the pcr in the reference pid is reset too
