tickit\_term\_get\_size, tickit\_term\_set\_size, tickit\_term\_refresh\_size - manage terminal size

## DESCRIPTION

**tickit\_term\_get\_size**() fetches the currently-known size of the terminal into the two integers supplied by pointers.

**tickit\_term\_set\_size**() stores a new size for the terminal into the instance, and invokes any **TICKIT\_EV\_RESIZE** event handlers.

**tickit\_term\_refresh\_size**() queries the size of the terminal by using the **TIOCGWINSZ** [**ioctl**(2)](/ioctl/2.md) call on the currently-associated output filehandle, and invokes any **TICKIT\_EV\_RESIZE** event handlers if the size has changed.

## RETURN VALUE

**tickit\_term\_get\_size**, **tickit\_term\_set\_size** and **tickit\_term\_refresh\_size** return no value.
