show selected fields from a tag file

## NAME

tagshow - show selected fields from a tag file

## SYNOPSIS

**tagshow** **\[-h\]** **\[-t fieldname\]** **\[tagfile\]** **\[outputfile\]**

## DESCRIPTION

tagshow displays selected fields from a tag file. It can also display total quantities of numeric fields.

## OPTIONS

- **-h**

  Disables normal header processing. If this is not present then the first record is assumed to be a header, and will not be output

- **-t fieldname**

  Display the total of the values of the fields with name 'fieldname'

## BUGS

At present only the displaying total values of a given field function is implemented.
