## NAME

stdinxout - cross-connect two programs' stdin and stdout

## SYNOPSIS

**stdinxout** *prog1* \[ *args1*.. \] -- *prog2* \[ *args2*.. \]

## DESCRIPTION

**stdinxout** runs the programs *prog1* and *prog2* with their respective arguments and connects *prog1*'s standard output into *prog2*'s standard input, and vice versa. Both *prog1* and *prog2* standard error outputs go to the standard error of **stdinxout**.

## RESTRICTIONS

Neither *prog1* or any of *args1* can be exactly the characters "--", as this is used for separating the programs.
