## NAME

socks4test - attempt to use SOCKS 4 to relay to a DSBL-complaint host

## SYNOPSIS

**socks4test \<***socks ip***\> \<***socks port***\>**

## DESCRIPTION

socks4test attempts to connect to port \<*socks port*\> on \<*socks ip*\> and relay through the host.

It uses your *sender\_user* as specified in your [**dsbl.conf**(5)](/dsbl.conf/5.md), "nobody", and "" as users to make the attempt.  It attempts to connect to the *target\_domain* mail server directly to send mail, and also to relay through 127.0.0.1 on the host.
