ARGUMENTS
- Shishi_tgs * tgs

structure that holds information about TGS exchange
- const char * realm

indicates the realm to acquire ticket for.
DESCRIPTION
Set the server in the TGS-REQ.
RETURN VALUE
Returns SHISHI_OK iff successful.
