## NAME

shishi\_md4 - API function

## SYNOPSIS

**#include \<shishi.h\>**

**int shishi\_md4(Shishi \*** *handle***, const char \*** *in***, size\_t** *inlen***, char \*** *out***\[16\]);**

## ARGUMENTS

- Shishi \* handle

  shishi handle as allocated by **shishi\_init()**.

- const char \* in

  input character array of data to hash.

- size\_t inlen

  length of input character array of data to hash.

- char \* out\[16\]

  newly allocated character array with hash of data.

## DESCRIPTION

Compute hash of data using MD4.  The *out* buffer must be deallocated by the caller.

## RETURN VALUE

Returns SHISHI\_OK iff successful.
