## NAME

shishi\_cipher\_randomlen - API function

## SYNOPSIS

**#include \<shishi.h\>**

**size\_t shishi\_cipher\_randomlen(int32\_t** *type***);**

## ARGUMENTS

- int32\_t type

  encryption type, see Shishi\_etype.

## DESCRIPTION

Get length of random data for cipher.

## RETURN VALUE

Return length of random used for the encryption type, as defined in the standards, or (size\_t)-1 on error (e.g., unsupported encryption type).
