## ARGUMENTS

- Shishi\_as \* as

  structure that holds information about AS exchange

## DESCRIPTION

Get Ticket in AS exchange.

## RETURN VALUE

Returns the newly acquired tkt from the AS exchange, or NULL if not yet set or an error occured.
