## NAME

shisa - API function

## SYNOPSIS

**#include \<shisa.h\>**

**Shisa \* shisa();**

## DESCRIPTION

Initializes the Shisa library.  If this function fails, it may print diagnostic errors to standard error.

## RETURN VALUE

Returns a Shisa library handle, or **NULL** on error.
