**sharedindexinstall** installs the shared index files from  */etc/courier/shared.tmp/* to */etc/courier/shared/*.  The full documentation of shared folders with courier-imap  and sqwebmail is located at  */usr/share/doc/courier-base/README.sharedfolders.txt.gz*.
