sga-mergeDriver.pl - generate sga merge commands from a list of files usage: sga-mergeDriver.pl \[options\] \<files\> options:

- **-t**,--threads=N

  use N threads for the merge processes

- **--bin**=*PROG*

  use PROG as the sga executable \[default: sga\]
