# scsicheck(1)

displays information about SCSI devices

## NAME

scsicheck - displays information about SCSI devices

## SYNOPSIS

**scsicheck** \[*proc-scsi-file*\]

## DESCRIPTION

This manual page documents briefly the **scsicheck** command. This manual page was written for the **Debian GNU/Linux** distribution (but may be used by others), because the original program does not have a manual page.

**scsicheck** displays information about **SCSI** devices listed in a file which is usually supplied by the kernel. If *proc-scsi-file* is specified, then it is used in place of the default */proc/scsi/scsi*.

## FILES

- */proc/scsi/scsi*

The default location used to find information about **SCSI** devices.

## AUTHOR

This manual page was written by Herbert Xu \<herbert@debian.org\>, for the **Debian GNU/Linux** system (but may be used by others).
