# sam2p\_pdf\_scale(1)

scale a PDF file from sam2p to a given page size

## NAME

sam2p\_pdf\_scale - scale a PDF file from sam2p to a given page size

## SYNOPSIS

**sam2p\_pdf\_scale** {*page\_width*} {*page\_height*} {*input.pdf*} \[*output.pdf*\]

## DESCRIPTION

This manual page documents briefly the **sam2p\_pdf\_scale** command. It was written for the Debian distribution because the original program does not have a manual page.

sam2p\_pdf\_scale reads a PDF file and scales it so that it fits into the given page size, adding margins when needed to keep its aspect ratio.

## OPTIONS

*page\_width*

Page width, in points (1pt = 1/72in).

*page\_height*

Page height, in points.

*input.pdf*

Input file.

*output.pdf*

Output file. By default, the input file is replaced.
