Slash test utility

## NAME

runtask - Slash test utility

## SYNOPSIS

**runtask** \[*options*\] *task\_name*

## DESCRIPTION

**runtask** creates test comments for a given Slash site. This program is for testing purposes, only, particularly for those ambitious Slash users out there who want to try their hand at modifying the comment or moderation systems.

## OPTIONS

- **-h**

  Help. Display main options.

- **-v**

  Show version.

- **-u**

  virtual user (must exist in /etc/dbix-password.conf).

- **-o**

  String of comma separated list of key=value pairs. Each task can define it's own set of options, see task specific documentation for more details.

## FILES

**task\_name** Name of the task in DATADIR/tasks to run (i.e. /var/www/SITENAME/tasks)\
