# rtq(8)

## Request Tracker

rtq - Request Tracker Queue

## SYNOPSIS

RT queue called by main script: **rtq**

## DESCRIPTION

**rt** is a Trouble Ticket System not unlike the Debian Bug Tracking System BTS. You can file problem solving requests via the web, they are picked up and handled by a service person and they keep you up to date via email. All of this is accomplished via Perl scripts and a MySQl database acessed via the web interface. Additionally there are command line interface tools to control rt.

This manual page was written for the Debian GNU/Linux distribution because the original program does not have a manual page.

## OPTIONS

For a complete description, see the HTML documentation in /usr/share/doc/request-tracker1/doc. Be sure to have read /usr/share/doc/request-tracker1/README.Debian before trying to use this package !!!
