rtq - Request Tracker Queue

SYNOPSIS

RT queue called by main script: rtq

DESCRIPTION

rt is a Trouble Ticket System not unlike the Debian Bug Tracking System BTS. You can file problem solving requests via the web, they are picked up and handled by a service person and they keep you up to date via email. All of this is accomplished via Perl scripts and a MySQl database acessed via the web interface. Additionally there are command line interface tools to control rt.

This manual page was written for the Debian GNU/Linux distribution because the original program does not have a manual page.
