A structure used to configure Ethernet priority flow control parameters for ethdev queues.

rte\_eth\_pfc\_queue\_conf::rx\_pause structure shall be used to configure given tx\_qid with corresponding tc. When ethdev device receives PFC frame with rte\_eth\_pfc\_queue\_conf::rx\_pause::tc, traffic will be paused on rte\_eth\_pfc\_queue\_conf::rx\_pause::tx\_qid for that tc.

rte\_eth\_pfc\_queue\_conf::tx\_pause structure shall be used to configure given rx\_qid. When rx\_qid is congested, PFC frames are generated with rte\_eth\_pfc\_queue\_conf::rx\_pause::tc and rte\_eth\_pfc\_queue\_conf::rx\_pause::pause\_time to the peer.
