## SYNTAX

void rtapi\_task\_wait()

## DESCRIPTION

**rtapi\_task\_wait** suspends execution of the current task until the next period.  The task must be periodic.  If not, the result is undefined.

## REALTIME CONSIDERATIONS

Call only from within a periodic realtime task.
