## NAME

rfio\_fflush - flush a file

## SYNOPSIS

**#include \<sys/types.h\>**\
 **#include "rfio\_api.h"**

**int rfio\_fflush (FILE \****fp***);**

## DESCRIPTION

**rfio\_fflush** forces a write of all buffered data for the file whose descriptor **fp** is the one returned by **rfio\_fopen.** The file remains open.

## RETURN VALUE

This routine returns 0 if successful, -1 if the operation failed and **serrno** is set appropriately.

## ERRORS

- **EBADF**

  *fp* is not a valid file descriptor.

- **SEBADVERSION**

  Version ID mismatch.
