rdfGetElementResource - Returns an element's resource.
SYNOPSIS

char *rdfGetElementResource(RdfElement *element);
PARAMETERS
- The element containing the resource.
DESCRIPTION
Returns the specified element's resource.
RETURNS
The element's resource. This must be freed when no longer in use.
If the element does not have a resource, this will return NULL.
