qgis-config - returns information about installed qgis libraries and binaries

## SYNOPSIS

**qgis-config** \[OPTIONS\]

## DESCRIPTION

The *qgis-config* shell script is designed to retrieve the configuration information about the libraries and binaries dealing with QGIS

## OPTIONS

- **--cflags**

  print the prefix used by qgis

- **--bindir**

  print destination of executable(s)

- **--cflags**

  print the compiler flags that are necessary to compile a plug-inshow location of C++ header files

- **--libs**

  print the linker flags that are necessary to link a plug-in

- **--plugindir**

  print the path where the plugins are installed

- **--major\_version**

  print major version of qgis

- **--minor\_version**

  print minor version of qgis

- **--micro\_version**

  print micro version of qgis

- **--extra\_version**

  print extra version of qgis **--help** show help, then exit
