## NAME

/sendfile

## DESCRIPTION

Send a file using XEP-0363 HTTP file transfer. If you are in an OMEMO session then the file will be encrypted (XEP-0454) as well.

## SYNOPSIS

/sendfile \<file\>

## ARGUMENTS

**\<file\>**

Path to the file.

## EXAMPLES

/sendfile /etc/hosts

/sendfile ~/images/sweet\_cat.jpg
