## NAME

**plgfont** - Get family, style and weight of the current font

## SYNOPSIS

**plgfont**(*p\_family*, *p\_style*, *p\_weight*)

## DESCRIPTION

Gets information about current font.  See the PLplot documentation for more information on font selection.

Redacted form: **plgfont(p\_family, p\_style, p\_weight)**

This function is used in example 23.

## ARGUMENTS

- *p\_family* (**PLINT\_NC\_SCALAR**(3plplot), output)

  Returned value of the current font family. The available values are given by the PL\_FCI\_\* constants in plplot.h. Current options are PL\_FCI\_SANS, PL\_FCI\_SERIF, PL\_FCI\_MONO, PL\_FCI\_SCRIPT and PL\_FCI\_SYMBOL. If p\_family is NULL then the font family is not returned.

- *p\_style* (**PLINT\_NC\_SCALAR**(3plplot), output)

  Returned value of the current font style. The available values are given by the PL\_FCI\_\* constants in plplot.h.  Current options are PL\_FCI\_UPRIGHT, PL\_FCI\_ITALIC and PL\_FCI\_OBLIQUE. If p\_style is NULL then the font style is not returned.

- *p\_weight* (**PLINT\_NC\_SCALAR**(3plplot), output)

  Returned value of the current font weight. The available values are given by the PL\_FCI\_\* constants in plplot.h.  Current options are PL\_FCI\_MEDIUM and PL\_FCI\_BOLD. If p\_weight is NULL then the font weight is not returned.
