Overview
pkfilterascii filters the columns defined by the option FC-icF[0]. A varietey of filters can be selected from with the option FC-fF[0]. The kernel size is defined with the option FC-dzF[0]. Alternatively, you can define your own filter tap values (use the option FC-tapzF[0] for each tap). In case of spectral filtering, define the full width half max values (FC-fwhmF[0] value) or spectral response functions in ASCII files (FC-srfF[0] filename).
Options
- FC
-iF[0] filename, FC--inputF[0] filename -
input ASCII file
- FC
-oF[0] filename, FC--outputF[0] filename -
Output ASCII file
- FC
-icF[0] column, FC--inputColsF[0] column -
input columns (e.g., for three dimensional input data in first three columns use: FC
-icF[0] 0 FC-icF[0] 1 FC-icF[0] 2)
- FC
-fF[0] filter, FC--filterF[0] filter -
filter function (to be implemented: dwt, dwti,dwt_cut)
- FC
-dzF[0] value, FC--dzF[0] value -
filter kernel size in z (band or spectral dimension), must be odd (example: 3). Set dz>0 if 1-D filter must be used in band domain
- FC
-tF[0], FC--transposeF[0] -
transpose output with samples in rows and wavelengths in cols
- FC
-vF[0] level, FC--verboseF[0] level -
verbose
