Picview - An Image Viewer for Gnome

## SYNOPSIS

**picview** \[*options*\] \[*\<directory\>*\]

## DESCRIPTION

**Picview** is an image viewer for Gnome. It will display an index of thumbnails of all the pictures in a directory. It can display an image in full screne mode, or it can be configured to display the image in a window using an external viewer such as Electric Eyes.

This manual page was written for the Debian GNU/Linux distribution because the original program does not have a manual page.

## OPTIONS

This program only supports the standard Gnome command line options except for an optional directory path.

- **\<directory\>**

  The full or relative path of the directory to be indexed. Only valid image files in the directory will be listed.
