## GENERAL OPTIONS

  Show help message and quit

- **--ascii**

  Use ASCII file format

- **--binary**

  Use binary file format

- **--dualize**

  Use dualization approach

## DATASTRUCTURE OPTIONS

Use one of the following to select the datastructure:

**--vector\_vector**, **--vector\_heap**, **--vector\_set**, **--vector\_list**, **--full\_pivot\_column**, **--sparse\_pivot\_column**, **--heap\_pivot\_column**, **--bit\_tree\_pivot\_column**

## ALGORITHM OPTIONS

Use one of the following to select the algorithm:

**--standard**, **--twist**, **--chunk**, **--chunk\_sequential**, **--spectral\_sequence**, **--row**, **--swap**, **--exhaustive**, **--retrospective**

## ARGUMENTS

**input\_filename**

Input boundary matrix file

**output\_filename**

Output file for persistence diagram
