ARGUMENTS

the PCI device for which MWI is enabled
DESCRIPTION
Enables the Memory-Write-Invalidate transaction in PCI_COMMAND. Callers are not required to check the return value.
RETURN
An appropriate -ERRNO error value on error, or zero for success.
