SYNOPSIS
/usr/sbin/oopsctl [-s pathtosocket] [command]
DESCRIPTION
oopsctl is intended to controll the oops proxy server
OPTIONS

Where is the unix socket file to send commands to the oops server? Generally that is /var/run/oops/oopsctl

- chkconfig

- reconfigure

- shutdown

shutdown oops
- stop

same as the shutdown
- rotate

rotate logs
- verbosity=LVL
