SYNOPSIS

ARGUMENTS

cmd: Passthru command to use

offset: Property offset from the base to set

value: The value to set the property

DESCRIPTION

Initializes the passthru command buffer for the Fabrics Set Property command. This is an NVMe-over-Fabrics specific command.
