ARGUMENTS

cmd: Passthru command to use

sel: Select (SEL): This field specifies the type of management operation to perform.

cntlid: Controller Identifier (CNTLID): Specifies the identifier of the controller for which the tracked memory changes, if any, are to be returned. Used by the Tracked Memory Changes management operation.

data: Pointer to data buffer

len: Length of data

DESCRIPTION

Initializes the passthru command buffer for the Track Receive command.
