- cmd

  Passthru command to use

- sel

  Select which type of attribute to return, see *enum nvme\_get\_features\_sel*

- perid

  Personality Identifier (PERID), see *enum* *nvme\_personality\_identifier*

- data

  Personality Identifier specific data buffer, or NULL if the personality does not use the data buffer

- len

  Length of *data*

Initializes the passthru command buffer for the Get Features command with FID value NVME\_FEAT\_FID\_CONF\_DEV\_PERSONALITY
