## NAME

ntsc-cc - closed caption decoder

## SYNOPSIS

**ntsc-cc \[ options \]**

## DESCRIPTION

**ntsc-cc** reads vbi data from /dev/vbi0 and decodes the enclosed cc data. Start it with '-h' to get a list of cmd line options.
