SYNOPSIS
ns_urldecode data
DESCRIPTION
Decodes data encoded according to the encoding defined in RFC #1738, Uniform Resource Locators.
ns_urldecode decodes any characters encoded in the %XX format by the ns_urlencode function or a web client.
EXAMPLES

set url [ns_urldecode [ns_queryget url]]
