## NAME

noctftp - GTK-based Darxite client for X

## SYNOPSIS

**noctftp \[OPTIONS\] \[URL\]**

## DESCRIPTION

**Noctftp** is a GTK-based Darxite client for the X-Window environment. It takes the form of a classic FTP client and can be used to add files to the Darxite download batch, both for upload and download; Noctftp's addressbook can be used to manipulate the list of servers bookmarked by Darxite.

Noctftp supports Darxite's remote control feature, allowing it to control Darxite daemons running on remote machines, providing this option was enabled when the remote daemon was executed.

## OPTIONS

- \-v, --version

  Shows the program's version and exits.

- \-h, --help

  Shows some usage information and exits.

- \-c\<host\>:\<port\>, --connect \<host\>:\<port\>

  Connects to the Darxite daemon running on \<host\>, listening on \<port\>. If run with this option, the first thing the program will do is ask for a password.

## URL

Optionally, the URL of the FTP server to which Noctftp should ask Darxite to connect as soon as it is started.

  List of URLs to be downloaded

- *~/.darxite/servers*

  List of servers visited by the Darxite daemon
