ne\_xml\_create, ne\_xml\_destroy - create and destroy an XML parser

## SYNOPSIS

**ne\_xml\_parser \*ne\_xml\_create(void);**

**void ne\_xml\_destroy(ne\_xml\_parser \****parser***);**

## DESCRIPTION

The **ne\_xml\_create** function creates an XML parser object, which can be used for parsing XML documents using stacked SAX handlers.

## RETURN VALUE

**ne\_xml\_create** returns a pointer to an XML parser object, and never NULL
