# ne\_print\_request\_header(3)

add headers to a request

Part of [ne\_add\_request\_header(3)](/ne_add_request_header/3.md).

## NAME

ne\_add\_request\_header, ne\_print\_request\_header - add headers to a request

## SYNOPSIS

```
#include <ne_request.h>
```

**void ne\_add\_request\_header(ne\_request \****request***, const char \****name***, const char \****value***);**

**void ne\_print\_request\_header(ne\_request \****request***, const char \****name***, const char \****format***, ...);**

## DESCRIPTION

The functions **ne\_add\_request\_header** and **ne\_print\_request\_header** can be used to add headers to a request, before it is sent.

**ne\_add\_request\_header** simply adds a header of given *name*, with given *value*.

**ne\_print\_request\_header** adds a header of given *name*, taking the value from the **printf**-like *format* string parameter and subsequent variable-length argument list.
