# ncps(1)

(ncurses process status) shows and kills processes

## NAME

ncps - (ncurses process status) shows and kills processes

## SYNOPSIS

**ncps** \[*options*\]

## DESCRIPTION

This manual page documents briefly the **ncps** command. This manual page was written for the Debian GNU/Linux distribution because the original program does not have a manual page.

**ncps** is an interactive user-friendly process manager for GNU/Linux console with ncurses UI. It is similar to **gitps** and **kim** (\<http://home.zf.jcu.cz/~zakkr/kim/\>). It lists processes with different sorting opportunities, and allows easy killing of processes.
