  nattribute {--set\|--get} \[--nid \<nid\>\] \[--ncap \[~!\]\<ncap\>\] \[--flag \[~!\]\<flag\>\] \[--secure\] **--** \[\<program\> \<args\>\*\]

- **--ncap** \<cap\>

  ...  network capability to be added

- **--flag** \<flag\>

  ...  network flag to be added
