# naco\_img\_lampflat(7)

Flat recipe using a lamp

## NAME

naco\_img\_lampflat - Flat recipe using a lamp

## SYNOPSIS

esorex **naco\_img\_lampflat** \[OPTIONS\] FILE.sof

## DESCRIPTION

naco\_img\_lampflat -- NACO imaging flat-field creation from lamp images.

The files listed in the Set Of Frames (sof-file) must be tagged: NACO-raw-file.fits CAL\_FLAT\_LAMP

Furthermore, the input set of frames must have values of the FITS key ESO INS LAMP2 SET that alternate between zero and non-zero (with non-zero for the first frame).

It is further required that the light from the lamp is in a range without a significant thermal background.

## OPTIONS

- **--r** *\<str\>*

Rejected left right bottom and top border \[pixel\] (str; default: ´200 200 200 200´). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is **naco.naco\_img\_lampflat.rej\_bord** \[default = *200 200 200 200*\].

Note that it is possible to create a configuration file containing these options, along with suitable default values. Please refer to the details provided by the 'esorex --help' command.
