## NAME

mtext\_ncasecmp -

## SYNOPSIS

int **mtext\_ncasecmp** (**MText** \* *mt1*, **MText** \* *mt2*, int *n*)

## DESCRIPTION

Compare initial parts of two M-texts ignoring cases. The **mtext\_ncasecmp()** function is similar to **mtext\_casecmp()**, but compares at most **n** characters from the beginning.

## RETURN VALUE

This function returns 1, 0, or -1 if **mt1** is found greater than, equal to, or less than **mt2**, respectively. \
