msgperm - read and optionally alter the permissions for a message queue
SYNOPSIS
msgperm id permissions
DESCRIPTION
msgperm returns the current permissions on the message queue specified by id and if permissions were given, attempts to set the new permissions on the message queue. The permissions must be given in numeric form and can not be given by letters.
